1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ck99 website accessible at ck99.bar, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and tools made available therein.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by you upon successful completion of the ck99 registration process.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "ck99" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the operator of the ck99 platform and all services provided under the ck99 brand.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds held in your account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or non-cash incentives credited to your account under a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which ck99 verifies your identity using government-issued documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh and the base currency of all ck99 accounts.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ck99 platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ck99 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ck99 platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. ck99 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in jurisdictions outside its intended market.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one ck99 account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck99 will close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and may retain balances to offset any advantage gained through the use of multiple accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. ck99 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

2.5 Account Approval. ck99 reserves the right to accept or decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for refusal.

3 Account Security

3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ck99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ck99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ck99 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the devices you use to access ck99 are free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats. ck99 accepts no liability for losses arising from compromised devices owned or used by you.

3.4 Account Sharing. Sharing your account credentials with any third party, including family members, is strictly prohibited. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who performed it — remains your sole responsibility.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ck99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your account status and location within Bangladesh.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the ck99 platform is ৳100. No maximum deposit limit applies by default; however, ck99 reserves the right to impose account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your ck99 balance in real time under normal system operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your account balance.

4.4 Currency. All accounts on the ck99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds deposited in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ck99 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.5 Deposit Restrictions. ck99 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification where required and the absence of any pending account review or restriction.

5.2 KYC Threshold. Withdrawal requests exceeding ৳5,000 in a single transaction or ৳20,000 in cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day rolling period require completion of KYC verification. Acceptable KYC documents are a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid Bangladeshi passport.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.4 Processing Times. ck99 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within one to six hours of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. ck99 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination account.

5.6 Bonus Restrictions. Bonus funds credited to your account are not directly withdrawable. Only the real-money winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to any stated maximum withdrawal limits on individual promotions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bet credits, reload offers, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by ck99 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is made available. These specific terms form part of and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be stated on the individual promotion page.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing and requesting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the previous bonus and its associated wagering progress being forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. ck99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing qualifying bets at minimal risk to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. ck99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any obligations arising from a promotion already accepted by a player in good faith will be honoured to the extent reasonable.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the ck99 sportsbook are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. ck99 will not reverse a correctly processed bet on the basis of player error.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes. Odds offered on the ck99 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the accepted bet. ck99 accepts no liability for changes in odds between the time a player selects a bet and the time it is confirmed.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided by ck99 at its discretion where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the market is settled in error; or the bet relates to a suspended market. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the player's balance.

7.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and system availability. ck99 accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side. Once a live bet is confirmed, the same rules applicable to pre-match bets apply.

7.5 Maximum Payout. ck99 may apply a maximum single-bet payout limit. Where applicable, the limit will be displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Bets whose potential return exceeds the stated maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

8 Casino & Game Rules

8.1 RNG Certification. All casino games offered on the ck99 platform — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and all other software-based games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness and randomness. ck99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed in real time from third-party studio facilities operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live game are governed by the respective game provider's published rules, which are available within the game interface.

8.3 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game or an active slot session, ck99's system will complete the game round according to its standard resolution logic. Any winnings generated during a disconnected round will be credited to your balance. ck99 accepts no liability for losses caused by interruptions to your internet service.

8.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction affecting the outcome of a game, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on the ck99 platform has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable stake limits prior to placing a bet.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the ck99 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from ck99.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or glitches in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Conducting, facilitating, or assisting any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or enabling a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level controls imposed by ck99.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 Ownership. All content on the ck99 platform — including but not limited to the ck99 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ck99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ck99 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ck99 content.

11.3 Prohibited Use. You may not frame, scrape, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any part of the ck99 platform on another website or application without prior written consent. Any unauthorised commercial use of ck99 intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability. ck99 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside ck99's reasonable control. ck99 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

12.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.

12.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. ck99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ck99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Third-Party Content. The ck99 platform integrates games and content from third-party providers including game studios and live casino operators. ck99 accepts no liability for errors, failures, or losses arising from the software or conduct of third-party content providers beyond its reasonable control.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your ck99 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

13.2 Termination by ck99. ck99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: you breach any provision of these Terms; ck99 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; regulatory or legal obligations require it; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to ck99 or other players.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, any pending bets placed prior to the termination notice will be settled in the normal course. Bonus funds held in the account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Surviving clauses — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force following termination.

14 Governing Law

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the ck99 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ck99 operates. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that they access the platform subject to the laws of Bangladesh.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ck99, you agree to first contact the ck99 support team at [email protected] to seek resolution informally. ck99 will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days. If informal resolution fails, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures notified to you at that time.

14.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or paraphrased version, the English version shall prevail.

Where additional investigation is required, ck99 will notify you of the extended timeline.

15.4 Record Keeping. ck99 maintains records of all player transactions, account activity, and communications for a minimum period of five years. These records may be used in the resolution of disputes, regulatory compliance reviews, and fraud investigations.
